Soups by the Batch

Soups made by request delivered fresh daily. Please order at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery by 9 am or as requested. Soups are all gluten free made with fresh ingredients. Prices may change if other dietary requirements are requested.

All soups are priced per Liter. When ordering please specify quantity desired. Minimum orders accepted 6 liter quantity.

Cheesy Leek and Potato

Leeks, potatoes cheddar cheese in a rich chicken and vegetable broth. Lightly thickened and finished with cream, Parmesan cheese and a hint of lemon.

Chicken Gumbo

Chicken, okra, carrots, celery, onions, potato, rice and tomato chunks in a chicken broth with fresh garlic and parsley.

Minestrone

Ground beef, bacon, carrots, broccoli, onion, peppers, potatoes, chick peas, celery and tomatoes  in a garlic beef broth.

Chicken Vegetable

 Chicken, carrots, celery, onions, potato, and mushrooms in a chicken broth with fresh herbs and garlic.

Cheesy Lettuce

Iceberg lettuce, cheddar and parmesan cheese in a rich chicken and vegetable broth. Lightly thickened and finished with cream and a hint of lemon. 

Vegetable

 Carrots, broccoli, onion, peppers, potatoes, okra, celery and tomatoes  in a clear vegetable broth.

Old World Mushroom

 Mushrooms, potatoes cheddar cheese in a rich chicken and vegetable broth. Lightly thickened and finished with diced hard boiled egg, cream, Parmesan cheese and a hint of lemon. 

Cheddar Jalapeno

Rich creamy cheddar cheese soup with diced jalapenos finished with cream and a hint of lemon. 

Broccoli Cheddar

Broccoli medium cheddar cheese blended in a thickened cream broth finished with a touch of Parmesan cheese.

Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower roasted in the oven, diced and simmered in a light cream broth finished with a hint of lime.

Sweet Potato and Carrot

A light puree of sweet potatoes and carrots roasted with garlic and a hint of ginger.

New England Clam Chowder

Rich cream fish base loaded with carrots, potato, onions and clams. Finished with sour cream and a hint of lemon.

Split Pea and Ham

Slowly simmered yellow peas in a light chicken stock finished with a light cream.

Cream Of Asparagus

Gently simmered diced asparagus in a light cream base finished with a hint of lemon.

Wicked Thai

Tomatoes, celery, carrots, mushrooms  and chicken induced in a chicken and fish stock finished with coconut cream  and spices from the Orient. 

Szechuan Beef and Rice

Chunks of beef, carrots,mushroom, potato, onion celery and rice in a tomato and beef broth. Finished with a Szechuan spice to add that little heat.

Tomato and Basil Bisque

A combination of onions and tomatoes with fresh basil and parsley in a light vegetable broth finished with coconut cream.

Dill Pickle

A mixture of potatoes and turnip with diced pickles in a creamy chicken broth garnished with shredded carrots and finished with coconut milk.
